Investigation of the acoustic agglomeration on ultrafine particles chamber built into the exhaust system of an internal combustion engine from renewable fuel mixture and diesel

Reducing the pollution of internal combustion engines is a very important problem that can be solved in various ways. However, acoustic agglomeration method not used diesel engines. The study 1.9 TDI engine supplied with mixture (D100) and 90% rapeseed methyl ester - 10% propanol fuel (ROMEP). also changed position exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve by adjusting 20% EGR throughput limits maintaining constant load 90 Nm. It should noted use biofuels produces less particulate matter, which reinforces relevance this study. Measurements were performed using Measurement System: Testo 380 fine particle analyzer system was to determine mass concentration, six-channel Fluke 985 counter an isokinetic sampling probe fractional numerical concentration particulates.
